2. Services Provided
Travel Happiness offers a range of travel-related services, including but not limited to travel bookings, accommodation, tour packages, and related services. All services are subject to availability and the specific terms outlined at the time of booking.
3. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Full payment must be made at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the price will not change unless influenced by external factors.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is structured to be fair and transparent.
- Days are counted from the hotel check-in date.

- In addition to the above charges, a service cancellation fee of INR 5,000 per adult will be applicable. (“Adult” is determined based on criteria applicable to the destination, regardless of actual age.)
- Travel Happiness reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds, if any, will be provided based on the situation and communicated at the time of cancellation.
- Package-specific cancellation terms will be shared via email and/or invoice at the time of booking and may override the general policy if applicable.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy mentioned above and package-specific terms provided at booking.
- Refunds will be initiated within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request.
- After initiation, refunds may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your original payment method or bank account, depending on your payment gateway or banking provider.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early checkouts.
- Refund eligibility and amount are subject to package-specific cancellation terms as shared in your confirmation email and invoice.
6. User Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process.
- It is the user’s responsibility to ensure all necessary travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) are in order before the trip.
- Travel Happiness will not be held liable for any inconvenience or loss arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- Travel Happiness is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or delay incurred during travel.
- We are not responsible for disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for services booked through Travel Happiness.
8. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how your personal data is collected, used, and safeguarded. By using our services, you agree to the terms of our privacy practices.
9. Changes to Terms
